Base Modules

The Base Content Management System (CMS) includes the following modules: MainSite Module The MainSite Module is the Welcome Page for the Web site. Any type of information desired can be posted on this page, including photographs. In addition, all menu link Panels are on the MainSite page. Board of Directors Module The Board of Directors Module offers an area to let the visitors know who is in charge of the league. League personnel are entered by name, position, and contact information. Calendar of Events Module The Calendar of Events Module allows the user to post important dates for upcoming events in a convenient location. Report views of all events, or events by month are offered, as well as a view by interactive calendar. There is also a convenient pop-up searchable calendar. SiteNews Module The SiteNews Module is where the latest news od the league is posted. The menu displays the news link with the date it was posted. Email Module The Email Module allows the local league to set up to five personnel to be on the email list. Secure Access Module The Secure Access Module is where the local league goes to make all changes in the public modules. In this area is where the optional private Contacts Module and eNotes Module can be found.

Optional Modules

Optional Modules available at an extra annual cost are as follows: Sponsors Module Sell sponsorships for your league and post theeir information here. Includes sponsor level of support, sponsor name and address, email address, and corporate logo with Web site link. FAQ Knowledgebase Module Use this module to cut down on the emails and phone calls. As questions of interest are gathered from your customers enter them into this module along with the answer. PhotoCenter Gallery Module Set up galleries by category. Then populate each gallery with your league photos. Contacts Module Use this module to create a convenient location for contact information. This module runs from within the Secure Access Module and is not visiable to the public. eNotes Module Let customers subscribe to your Web site to received important information and league updates. You can send a fan-out to all subscribers, or select member types that you develop.
